This is an electrically heated conveyor oven consisting of various zones where, variable/same temperature can be provided in different zones along the path of the belt. Control panels can be provided on each zone or a common control panel can be provided. Air circulation for uniform temperature is provided by fans/ blowers in each zone. The jobs are placed on the belt on the loading side of the oven and unloaded from the other side.
- This conveyor oven is similar to above but having oil/gas fired heat exchanger mounted on it.
- The air circulation is done by powerful blowers to extract the heat from the heat exchanger and to maintain uniform temp.
- Temperature variation from zone to zone can be achieved by increasing number of the heat exchangers, in bigger ovens.
